Misionera Jungle Fauna

The best of the animal kingdom are the birds. There are 400 species of birds in Misionera Jungle, among them Nightingales gives you a wonderful flight show. There are also some birds known as Batacacitos, a lot of fruiters, magpies and a lot more. These birds move together from a place to another and they are very curious and tame. As you see, you will be surrounded by an enormous variety of feather animals flying all over you making an spectacular contrast with the colour of the sky and the vegetation.

A great variety of mammals live in Misionera Jungle: Armadillos, Bears, a great variety of country Rats and Weasels, Guazunchos, Agutís, Tapetís or country Rabbits, country Pigs or Pecaries, the strange Antas and The Tatú Carretas.

A lot of animals can be found among fallen logs as special amphibious, reptiles, birds and small mice because they find food and home there.

The highest top of the trees are used as balconies by greedy birds as Hapías. They are also used as dwelling by Ravens an for a lot of birds can build their nests out of the man hand. But not only this. When these logs are dry some birds can build their nests to deposit their eggs and to breed their young birds.
